Excerpt: The HuT invited to a workshop organised by PEERS project

On the 29th September 2023, our coordinator and communication officer attended the workshop organised by PEERS project.

Titled ‘Look, Learn, Engage and Co-Create’, this online event consists of three uniquely designed workshops for each of the target audiences and includes attendee engagement on demonstrations, keynote presentations as well as a round table discussion.

Project PEERS and The HuT have similar objectives which allow for synergies and fruitful exchanges. They both work on the preparation and response stages of a disaster to deliver knowledge and information on what is needed by practitioners and policy makers at these stages.
