Capturing the NEXUS: A global photo contest connecting art, science & society
The first edition of FESTAS will coincide with the final assembly of the European project The HuT – The Human-Tech Nexus, funded by Horizon Europe and coordinated by the University of Salerno. The forty-eight-month project is exploring the relationship between governance, human behavior, and technology in managing weather-induced risks, amidst a growing climate emergency. FESTAS aims to evolve, in festival form, activities at the intersection of science and art that have already developed within The HuT project.
